It is made from Stainless Steel and will not rust. This is a PERSONAL care item and should not be shared with others (DO NOT USE IN A PROFESSIONAL SALON SETTING). This item arrives with a blue plastic peel off cover. Simply peel off the blue plastic and use the file immediately on DRY FEET. This file is designed to remove extreme callous from heels and foot bottoms.
Instructions
Step 1: RESCUE - Dry Buff both feet
Step 2: Rinse or Soak Feet
Step 3: Apply Footnanny Foot Cream or Foot Balm to both feet....Ahhh Soothing Moment
*You can rinse foot dust off buffer as needed. Buy a different color for each family to avoid buffer mixup.
Size 4x3x1 30 to 50 uses each buffer, depending on size of foot and usage.
