To delete all of your online account information from our database, you must send an email to footnanny@footnanny.com and request removal of your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information or send the request in writing to Footnanny, Inc. 9663 Santa Monica Blv #1288, Bevery Hills, CA 90210 Attention: Returns Department. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

How do I return an item?

Your satisfaction is important to us! Your order has been packed and inspected carefully.





If you are not pleased with the products you have purchased or received from Footnanny.com, we are happy to offer you a credit or exchange, provided that product(s)
are returned in their original packaging to the address listed on your receipt, within
15 days of purchase, with proof of purchase. Please indicate on your receipt your 
preference for a credit or exchange.





Footnanny.com will not be able to accept returns for cash or credit from a gift
recipient. However, we will be happy to exchange the product for another of equal
value. New shipping charges will apply. Exchanges will only be made if the product has
not been open, used or tampered with in anyway.





Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. There will be a 10% re-stocking fee on 
all returns. The same credit card used for the transaction must be used for the return,
for credit processing.
